In 2018, we began with the SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning) of Lowering Devices, a critical fire evacuation tool, and have since expanded our product line to deliver a complete range of mobility solutions for high-rise buildings.

Mid-landing provides safe passage for victims as well as firemen to perform the rescue operation.
It helps in managing the crowd in a systematic evacuation queue.
2 hours fire rating certified door by Gujarat Test House, as per BS:476 and IS:3614.
2-hour fire rated vision panel (suitable as per door size) on each leaf.
Door operator with encoder, build with VVVF frequency controller with motor fire higher accuracy and smooth opening/ closing of the door.
These landing doors are also smoke proof, it prevents smoke from entering into the lift shaft, & much more..

JERK LESS BACKUP SYSTEM

This system removes the jerk and darkness instantaneously in the event of power failure. Jerk less system will ensure smooth and easy operating conditions.

TWO WAY COMMUNICATIONS

Inbuilt button in LOP and COP enables occupant to better communicate with lift operators and vice versa in emergency.
